| LAKE MASSAPOAG in early 1900s. In later years the old house on the left was occupied by the Dennis Desmond Family and the wooden wharf extending out into the lake was known as Desmond's Wharf. In the background note the old wooden Flume House and to the right another structure on the water's edge. |
